چکیده
شاهنامۀ فردوسی به عنوان یک اثر حماسی به جنگ و صلح می پردازد و مهم اینکه شخصیت های اسطوره ای شاهنامه چنان از صلح و دوستی می گویند که می توان از انها در عصر کنونی به عنوان فعالان صلح با روحیه دلاوری نام برد .فردوسی با پرداختن به پیمان نامه های صلح ایرانیان با بیگانگان به علایق و انگیزه های تاریخی ایرانیان به صلح و اشتی در طول تاریخ می پردازد که هزاران سال ادامه داشته است در شاهنامه در موارد متعدد پیام پهلوانی را در راستای جوانمردی و خلق و خوی نیکو مطرح می کند فردوسی تاریخ هزاران ساله ایران و منشورحقوق بشر کوروش را یاداوری می کند.
فردوسی به خوبی یاداور می شود که کسانی در تاریخ با تینت و روحیه تجاوزگری می خواهند بر مردم نیک رفتار، نیک کردار و نیک گفتار ایران حکم فرمایی کنند که در مقابل عملکرد خشونت پرهیز و صلح جویانه ایرانیان شکست خواهند خورد.
