محمد رفیع صادقی برگزیده همایش نام آوران دانش و فن آوی کشور
همایش نام آوران دانش و فناوری محور توسعه پایدار، روز پنجشنبه 10/12/1391 در مرکز همایش های بین المللی صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران برگزار شد. این همایش که با حضور مسئولینی از وزارت فن اوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ، نمایندگانی از مجلس شورای اسلامی و صاحبنظران این حوزه و نیز شرکت ها و موسسات فن آوری بخش خصوصی و همچنین مسئولینی از صدا و سیما برگزار شد . صاحبنظران حوزه فن آوری بویژه پدر فن اوری اطلاعات کشور دکتر علی اکبر جلالی سخنرانی بسیار مهمی ایراد نمود که مرتب مورد تائید و تشویق شرکت کنندگان قرار گرفت. صادقی مدیر مجتمع بین المللی هوشمند و انستیتو زبان معلم که طراح و مجری دهها دوره الکترونیکی در کشور و جهان می باشد و همچنین تجارب ایشان در صحنه ها و سازمان های بین المللی از جمله یونسکو ( سازمان علمی ، آموزشی ، فرهنگی سازمان ملل) مورد توجه بوده است یکی از مدیران خلاق و مبتکر می باشد ، در این همایش تندیس ویژه همایش و لوح مدیران خلاق به محمد رفیع صادقی مدیر مجتمع بین المللی هوشمند اعطا شد

Congress on science and technology, Centered sustainable development, was held on Thursday 10/12/1391 at the InternationalConference Center of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting .
The audience were from Ministry of ICT,representatives parliament, the experts of IT the companies and institutions of private sectors and the Authorities of IRIB.Dr.Ali Akbar Jalali the father of IT in Iran made an important speech about the new technologies and his speech was supported and encouraged by the participants.
Mohammad Rafia Sadeghi, the manager of Hooshmand International Complex and Moallem Institute, has been considered because he has been the planner,designer and executor of many electronic courses in Iran and the world ,and his experiences in the international places and organizations include UNESCO (Scientific , Educational,cultural organization of United Nations).
Sadeghi is one of the creative managers.In this congress he was awarded the special statue of Selected Proceedings of honestwarriors of knowledge and technology and the creative managers
